Czech Republic Student Visa Appointment Booking 2026 — TLScontact

Our team monitors appointment slots day and night at official visa centres (VFS Global, BLS International and TLScontact) for Canada, Australia, the UK, Ireland, Schengen countries and many more. When a slot opens, we act fast to secure your earliest date — saving you time and giving you peace of mind.

We monitor official availability around the clock and guide you to book through the official channel the moment a slot opens. We do not control availability and cannot guarantee an appointment.

Anyone applying for a visa through VFS Global, BLS International or TLScontact who wants help securing an official appointment as soon as one becomes available.

Czechia is a Schengen destination whose official centres process short-stay Schengen and national long-stay applications.

Slots for Czech Republic are released by TLScontact and can be taken within minutes in peak season. Our service puts a dedicated team on that queue for you at $97 per applicant, so the booking can be completed the moment a suitable student visa slot appears.

The appointment at the TLScontact centre is the in-person step of a Czech Republic application: documents are checked, biometrics and a photograph are taken where the route requires them, and any verification or interview is completed on the day.

Your document checklist for a Czech Republic student visa appointment:

• Your current passport, valid beyond your intended stay
• Your appointment confirmation for Czech Republic and the application reference number
• Printed photographs only if the centre requires them for your route
• The institution's admission or acceptance letter
• Proof of tuition payment or a scholarship award
• Proof of accommodation and maintenance funds for your studies

Tell us where you are applying from, your destination (Czech Republic) and the category you need — study, university enrolment and student residence routes.

We follow the official TLScontact release pattern for your Czech Republic route continuously, rather than checking once a day.

The TLScontact appointment service for Czech Republic is $97 per applicant, which covers our service and not the government visa fee.

Before attending the TLScontact centre for Czech Republic, check every document against the checklist above and bring the originals.
