How do I book a Switzerland student visa appointment?

Start by telling us your route for Switzerland — the visa category you need and the centre you prefer. We monitor official VFS Global availability for that route, and the booking itself is completed through the official channel.

How much does the Switzerland student visa appointment service cost?

Our VFS Global appointment service for Switzerland is $97 per applicant and all-inclusive: monitoring of official slots, guidance through the booking steps and your appointment confirmation. Any official government visa fee is paid separately to the authority and is not part of our fee.

What do I need to bring to the Switzerland appointment?

Your passport, the appointment confirmation and your application reference number. For student visa applications you should also bring: The institution's admission or acceptance letter; Proof of tuition payment or a scholarship award; Proof of accommodation and maintenance funds for your studies.

How long does a Switzerland student visa appointment take to secure?

Availability for Switzerland is controlled entirely by VFS Global and changes without notice, so no timing can be guaranteed. We watch official availability continuously and act as soon as a suitable slot for your student visa route is released.

Can you book Switzerland appointments for more than one applicant?

Yes. Each applicant is charged at $97, and family or group applications are submitted together where the centre allows it — the fee is simply multiplied by the number of applicants.

📅Booking a Switzerland student visa appointment in 2026

🛂What the Switzerland student visa appointment involves

📄What to bring on the day

Your document checklist for a Switzerland student visa appointment:

Your current passport, valid beyond your intended stay
Your appointment confirmation for Switzerland and the application reference number
Printed photographs only if the centre requires them for your route
The institution's admission or acceptance letter
Proof of tuition payment or a scholarship award
Proof of accommodation and maintenance funds for your studies

🧭Step 1 — Share your application route

🔎Step 2 — We monitor official availability

We follow the official VFS Global release pattern for your Switzerland route continuously, rather than checking once a day.

How the monitoring works

Availability published by VFS Global is the single source of truth. We cannot create, hold or reserve appointments — no service can — but we are watching continuously, and we book the slot for you as soon as one fits your route.

What happens when a slot appears

Our team books the appointment for you the moment a suitable slot is released — you do not have to watch the queue or act yourself. As soon as it is secured we send you the confirmation, the date, the time and the centre.

Official channel confirmation

The booking is completed on the official VFS Global system, and the confirmation is sent to your email, delivered on WhatsApp and added to your dashboard.

💳Step 3 — Fees and what is included

The VFS Global appointment service for Switzerland is $97 per applicant, which covers our service and not the government visa fee.

What is included

Everything covered by your $97 per applicant:

Appointment booking and slot monitoring with VFS Global — $97 per applicant
Appointment confirmation delivered by email, WhatsApp and your dashboard
Guidance on the documents and steps for your specific route

What is not included

The official government visa fee, which is paid separately to the authority, plus any travel, accommodation or insurance costs.

✅Step 4 — Prepare for the centre visit
