Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
About VisaSoul
Is VisaSoul a government body?
No. VisaSoul is an independent documentation support service. We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or affiliated with VFS Global, BLS International or TLScontact.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. No one can guarantee a visa. The decision is always made by the official authority. What we promise is to prepare your application correctly and completely.
Visas and applications
How long does a visa take?
It depends on the destination and the type of visa. Processing times are set by the official authority, not by us. We recommend applying well before your travel date.
What if my visa is refused?
Our service fee is for the work we do, not for the outcome. A refusal is decided by the official authority, and a refusal by itself does not entitle you to a refund. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
What documents do I need?
You usually need a valid passport (often with at least 6 months validity), a photo, proof of accommodation, proof of travel, and sometimes travel insurance. See our Visa Requirements page for a summary.
Services, payments and refunds
How do I book an appointment?
If your package includes appointment booking, we will try to secure a slot with the relevant provider. If we cannot secure a slot within 45 days, you may be entitled to a full refund of the appointment fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, in certain cases — for example if we make an error, if we cancel your order, or if we cannot secure an appointment slot within 45 days. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details.
How do I contact you?
You can email us at [email protected] and we will respond as soon as possible.
